Unimaginably but true, David Latimer an 80 year old man has been successful in growing up a garden inside of a sealed giant glass bottle. Amazingly, since the plantation in 1960, it has been opened only once in 1972 to add some little water.
Latimer placed some mixture compost and water into a bottle in 1960, and placed it where it could avail sunlight.
The garden is excellently thriving, exemplifying a perfect ecosystem. The bacteria decomposing the dead plants, using the oxygen of the plants, and transforming it to carbondioxide which is necessary for the plants survival. Indeed an earth in a bottle.
